137. Wala ka sa Lolo ko. For him, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved because Jesus is alive!

‘And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ Acts 2:21

Genesis 4
25 Adam made love to his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.” 
26 Seth also had a son, and he named him Enosh.
At that time people began to call on the name of the Lord.


After creation and later the fall of man, it was when a son was born to the third son of Adam and Eve that people began to call on the name of the Lord.


The name "Enosh" means "man, person, mortal" in Hebrew. He was a son of Seth and a grandson of Adam in the genealogies in Genesis in the Old Testament.

Man is distinguished for its upright stance (erect carriage or vertical posture).




Ecclesiastes 12:13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.


"Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened; but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer. Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!" (Psalm 66:16-20). Lord, I will praise Your name forever, this I pray in Jesus' name. Amen."

Someday, my children's children will say, wala ka sa Lolo ko; for him, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved because Jesus is alive! Amen.
